MY TOPIC REFLECTION
What have you learnt about this topic?
What did you like about this topic?
What is your role in practicing sustainability for a balanced future - at
home, at school, in my community?

I have learnt how plants grow and what they need to grow. The thing I liked about this topic was making our projects and presenting to them to the parents. Also I liked the trip when we went to Mangere Mountain.
My role in the community is to never litter and to always choose the right choices for what I eat so that I can have a balanced diet. Also I have to always participate in all discussions so that I can understand what I am learning about.I have to start doing chores around the house can be clean and green. This is how I can be sustainable at home.

Loud Shirt Day

Today is 'Loud Shirt Day'.This day is about supporting deaf kids. All the money will go to the deaf society so that technology can be provided to help kids hear better.

We think that this is an important charity as the money will help kids like Charday in our class who is partially deaf.
