Whanau Conference GOALS!!!

This is a presentation that my class had to do for Whanau Conferences. This presentation shows my goals for Term 3. Today we had our Whanau Conferences where we had to present this presentation to our parents/caregivers. I think my one went pretty well, they chatted about my learning and all sorts of stuff and then it was over. :)

MY Definition For Growth and Fixed Mindsets

This is a DLO(Digital Learning Object) that I have created which shows MY OWN Definition for Growth and Fixed Mindsets, which is something that my class have been learning about for the past few weeks. 

Multiplicative Thinking DLO(Digital Learnig Object)

This is yet ANOTHER Multiplicative Thinking DLO(Digital Learning Object) that I have created. This AGAIN shows a maths problem that my maths group, Divide 10 had to solve while using the Place Value Partitioning skill.

This is another DLO that I have created which AGAIN shows another maths problem where we had to use our Place Value Partitioning skills. The math problem was.....

Mehi and Lolo - Cybersmarts: The Power of Words

This is a DLO(Digital, Learning, Object) that me and my partner Lolo created. This task is apart of our Cybersmarts. In this task we had to generate different solutions that will deal with cyberbullying. We also had to create our own scenario's. There are two columns which one side shows what one of  our character's should do and on the other side it shows what he shouldn't do.

It was also great working with someone different for once!

Matariki

This is a presentation that I have created which is about Matariki. In this task we had to create our own DLO(Digital, Learning, Object) that showcases critical questions about Matariki. But this time we had to think of questions that had answers that people will understand and gain information about Matariki. I also learnt a lot of new things from this task such as, Matariki is a Maori New year that represents new beginnings and growth.

Define Adolescence

This is a drawing about what adolescence is. On this drawing I have summarised what I think Adolescence means. As you can see there is a bridge and on one side of the bridge is a picture of childhood and on the other is a picture of adulthood. These pictures mean that Adolescence is the bridge between childhood and adulthood.
