ANZAC Day


ANZAC DAY

1. What does ANZAC stand for?Australia,New Zealand Army Corps.

2. Why do we remember ANZAC day?For those who were in the war and got killed.

3. When is ANZAC Day?On the 25th of April.

4. What do people do on ANZAC day?It is not a day to celebrate it is a day to remember.

5. What is a poppy?It represents the soldiers in the field that died.

What do you need to do to check the safety of your bike?


  • If both brakes are working fine.
  • That the wheels turn around and they spin.
  • The seat and the two wheels have to be tightened up and that they are not loose.
  • Check your rear red reflector is working and that you have one.

What do you need to wear while riding your bike?


  • Short
  • Bright coloured Vest
  • Bright coloured t-shirt
  • Bag cover with a strip that shines light

What do you need to do, by law, when riding a bike?

  • To always wear a helmet or you will get a fine and you can get injured.
  • Both brakes are working.
  • Have your light working.

  • That it is not broken or cracked.
  • It fits perfectly on your head.
  • That it has a sticker so that you know that its safe.
