NZ Web

Today for Science we did a little Group Challenge, where we had to organise the NZ Web. Their were arrows that indicated where the species gets its energy resource from.
For example, A Rat eats Kereru(New Zealand Pigeon), Tui's and Insects.
The people that were in my group were Melissa, Keti, Kacia and Vaifoa.

Mary, Melissa, Kacia and Keti - Bacteria and Cells

This week for Science we had to get into groups and create a DLO(Digital Learning Object) about what we have learnt so far on the topic we studied for the term, Cells and Bacteria. Hope you learn something from it!

Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic Cells

Today for Science me and my friend Keti learnt about the two different cells called Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic Calls.

Prokaryotic Cells:
Most organisms of one cell are these cells, more simpler, has organelles - don't have a membrane, their DNA is circular and naked.

Eukaryotic Cells:
Organisms made if many cells are made of these cells, They have organelles that have membranes around them and perform functions within the cell. Also animal and plant cells are Eukaryotic, .
